Shipping policy
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following business day. Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Once your items are packed and received by USPS Zaluna is not responsible for the package. All claims for missing packages must be done on USPS.COM.
