Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Zaluna. Should you wish to initiate a return, our return policy extends for 5 days from the date of your purchase. We only facilitate a store credit, and we do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your item to be considered for a store credit, it must remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, unwashed, and without visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, or fragrances. Please ensure the item retains its tags and is in the original packaging. Items marked as final sale on the packing slip, including white and one-size items, are not eligible for return or store credit. We uphold the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our policy.
Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges without approval will be return to the sender.

Refunds
No refunds. We offer you a store credit. You must return your items to the address that I will sent to you once we accept the return, within 5 days from the day you received your package
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued within 3 days of receiving the merchandise at our facility. All credits are valid for a period of 30 days. Your online credit must be utilized entirely in your new purchase, and any remaining balance will not be carried over.
Note
- All orders properly dispatched, will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase.
- Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.
- Holiday season purchases will be Final Sale. (November 1 -January 6)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@zalunapr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
